Even if it's an absolutely horrible tradition, like fruitcake. Do we even need to have that discussion? Either way, I'm a huge advocate of tradition, but - like inside jokes - the best ones aren't planned. They evolve over the years because a person or group enjoys doing something every year and it becomes a staple that everyone would miss if it didn't happen. One such tradition for us, sort of fell into our laps - the annual Jolibois Family Christmas Picture. After seeing the abundance of horrid family Christmas pictures, I vowed to not let my family be one those. So in 2010, I began shooting my family's Christmas pictures with a bit of my own flair.
This year, I believe, takes the cake. We decided to up the ante by shooting behind-the-scenes footage of our shoot. We asked a good family friend, Cody Dedon, to come over and, in concert with my iPhone-timelapse rig and another of my cameras, shoot footage of our little adventures. Now, without further ado, may I present 2014!
I hope that y'all enjoy the extras! My family and I would love to hear what you think in the comments below!
